WORLD CHANGER AWARD
You've Met Them…
or have seen them in action: a youth in your community who is making a difference Sometimes you look at them and wonder how they have been able to make such an impact at such a young age. In a world that is obsessed with personal gain and selfies, these youth rise above and are kind to others, generous with their time, and are passionate about making the world a better place.
This year, Kids Life wants to recognize these youth in Sheridan County and present them with the 1st Annual “World Changer Award” at the annual banquet on Oct. 4th. They will be presented with a certificate, a gift, and a private meet and greet with this year’s banquet guest, Olympic athlete and Lost Boy of Sudan, Lopez Lomong.
To be eligible for this award, youth must be entering grade 6-12 in Sheridan County and be nominated by someone over 18 years old. The characteristics of these youth include:
LOVING, HUMBLE, GENEROUS, KIND, PASSIONATE, DEFENDER, FULL OF INTEGRITY
